We service most major brands, including Goodman, Rheem, Armstrong ProTeam, TOSOT, Hisense, Bradford White, and Navien equipment. If you have a less common brand, call us to confirm coverage. Our technicians work on a wide variety of units and can service almost any system.

Yes. Elite Home Solutions offers military & veteran discounts on all services, including plan enrollment. If you qualify, let us know when you enroll and we’ll apply your discount to your membership fee.

Just call us and we’ll get you scheduled. As a plan member, your repair request gets priority scheduling ahead of non-member appointments, and there’s no diagnostic fee — that’s included in your membership. We’ll always give you a written estimate before any repair work begins.

When you enroll in our maintenance plan, we document your system’s warranty status during your first tune-up. If your equipment is still under manufacturer warranty, we ensure all repairs comply with warranty terms. This protects your coverage and prevents accidental voidance.

If you’re moving within our Jacksonville-area service territory, we’ll transfer your plan to your new home at no charge. If you’re moving outside our service area, we’ll pro-rate your remaining membership and refund any unused portion.
